Design the visual and interactive experience.
Our multi-disciplinary team of information architects, interaction designers, and graphic designers take you from insight to inspiration, guided by our unique audience-centered approach
Information Architecture
Why is it so hard to find information on my site/within my organization?
Information architecture defines the broad structure, content organization and navigation of your Web site or application. We can organize 10 or 10,000 pages in a way that users will find intuitive, providing a taxonomy, key words and all the components for great search or browsing experiences.
Interaction Design
How do I make my application easier to use?
Interrelated with site- and page-level design is defining exactly how users will interact with the site or application. We develop the design and interactions on each page, identifying patterns for interacting with your site so it is transparent and users can accomplish their goals “without thinking.”
Content Strategy
How do I increase visitors to my site?
We help you identify content that emphasizes your business and compels your audience to act. The content strategy also defines content architecture: how each content type (e.g., article, video, etc.) will be organized and meaningfully displayed to facilitate retrieval and use. The selection of key words and landing pages for search engine optimization ensure your audience will find you quickly and easily.
Visual Design
How do I make my site more visually appealing and put the right information at the user's fingertips?
Our visual designers are experts at creating a rich and immersive environment to reinforce your brand and connect with your audience at an intuitive level. Whether you need a brand new site and image or simply need to refresh your existing site, we provide the visual enhancements necessary to your brand.
Usability Testing
Is my new design really better than my current version?
In a usability test, we recruit your typical audience to use a live or a simulated version of your site or application to learn the strengths and weakness of the design. We can use eye tracking and follow your audiences’ eyes as they are using your tools – learn where people are looking, where they expect to find information, and also learn what items you’ve presented but no one is finding.
